When you shop through the program, you automatically get 10% cash back at over 1,000 top retailers. Paid for shipping? Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge pays you back. Need to return an item? You can print a free return label right from our website.

  

Go to the homepage and enter your name and email address to start the sign-up process. All members can try Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge free for seven days. After that, Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge is just $9.97 each month. We’ll automatically bill the credit card you entered when signing up.

  

As a Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge member, you’ll get 10% cash back plus shipping rebates and free return shipping at over 1,000 of your favorite retailers when you shop through our program.

   

Just get in touch with our Customer Service by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 866-361-5438 or by email at CustomerService@FieldandStreamBuyersEdge.com. You can also use the Contact Us form on our website. No matter how you reach out, we’ll get back to you within 24 hours (and usually much sooner!).

 

Log in to your account and click on My Profile. Then click the "Thinking of Canceling Your Membership?" link, and follow the instructions provided. To cancel by phone, you can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 866-361-5438. You can also email us your request by using our Contact Us form, and our Customer Service will process your cancellation right away.

IC *FIELDSTREAMBUYERSE is the billing descriptor that will be listed on your statement when you are charged a Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge membership fee.

Shopping Questions

Earning 10% cash back with Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge is easy:

  1. Shop online through the links on the Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge website.
  2. After you make your purchase, we’ll automatically apply 10% off your order sub-total (minus taxes and fees) to your Savings.
  3. We’ll mail you one check per month for the balance of your approved earnings from the previous month.
 

To earn 10% cash back on your purchases, simply click through the product or retailer links on the Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge website and complete your purchase on the retailer’s website during that session in the browser window that opens from that link. The amount is calculated by applying 10% to the total amount you pay for a qualifying purchase, not including taxes and other charges. If your purchase qualifies for any discount(s) or coupon offer(s) from the online retailer, the 10% cash back will be calculated using the price you pay after any such discounts are applied.

As soon as we receive notification of your purchase from the retailer, your cash back will automatically appear on your Savings page. This typically takes 5 to 7 business days, but it can take longer if the item you've purchased is on back-order.

You can earn a maximum of $1,000 in 10% cash back each year on purchases made through the program.

Your Savings page is where you can track the status of all of your Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge earnings—10% cash back, but also shipping rebates.

Shipping Questions

Shipping rebates allow members to get their money back when they have to pay a shipping fee on purchases made through the program. Saving on shipping costs is easy:

  1. If you’ve paid shipping charges on a purchase made through the program, simply submit a shipping rebate claim on the Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge website.
  2. Send us your proof of purchase.
  3. We’ll mail you one check per month for the balance of your approved earnings from the previous month.
 

Any purchase made through Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge is eligible for shipping and return shipping rebates.

 

To claim a shipping rebate, send us your order confirmation, original sales receipt, or packing slip with the price, retailer information, shipping and handling charges, and sales date.

Please email all documentation to Rebates@FieldandStreamBuyersEdge.com, with the claim number you received after submitting your claim in the subject line.

 

We’ll list your shipping rebate claim on your Savings page within 5 to 7 days of our receipt of your claim and supporting documentation. Every month, we'll send you a check for the full amount of rebates that you've accrued the previous month.

The 5% back amount is calculated using the sub-total of your final, qualifying purchase amount after any and all discounts or other offers from the retailer, your credit card issuer, and any other parties are applied. The sub-total amount does not include taxes, shipping charges, or other fees.

Yes, shipping claims must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase.

You can earn up to $10 per shipping charge, and up to a maximum of $500 per year in shipping rebates.

Return Shipping Questions

Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge covers your FedEx Ground return shipping charge whenever you need to return a purchase made through the program. Returning a purchase for free via FedEx Ground is easy:

  1. Check your retailer’s return policy and procedures. Pre-authorization from the retailer may be required before returning your purchase.
  2. Visit the Return Shipping page on the Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge website, and follow the instructions to print out a free return shipping label from FedEx Ground
  3. Attach the label to your return shipment, and drop it off at any FedEx location. Check the “FedEx Store Finder” tab on the Return Shipping page to find FedEx locations in your area.

Generally speaking, you can save on return shipping for any purchase you make through Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge. Certain purchases, however, may not qualify for free return shipping via FedEx Ground. For instance, if the retailer already offers free return shipping, the purchase won't be eligible for free return shipping via FedEx Ground.

In addition, your return shipment must comply with the size, weight, and packaging guidelines established by FedEx Ground, and must be sent to a valid commercial address in the 48 contiguous United States.

As a Field & Stream Buyer’s Edge member, you can return any purchase made through the program to any participating retailer at any time (and for any reason) and save on return shipping! However, if you're also hoping to get a refund or store credit on your purchase from the retailer, you'll need to make sure you follow the retailer's specific policy and procedures, including its deadlines, to qualify.

Just click the "My Labels" tab on the Return Shipping page to track the status of packages you've shipped through the program. To follow the progress of a specific shipment, you can click its tracking number and see a detailed listing of its return journey. We'll also send you a tracking email that will confirm that your package has shipped and provide a link through which you can track its progress.
